Common questions
Where does the data come from?
We aggregate sales and rental records, ABS census data, government infrastructure pipelines and listing feeds, over 40 sources in total. Every metric on a report names its source and refresh date.
How is this different from CoreLogic or PropTrack?
Those platforms give you raw metrics. PropNinja benchmarks every metric against the whole country and rolls them into three comparable scores, so you can judge a suburb in seconds instead of hours, and see exactly why it scored that way.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and annual plans are refunded pro rata within the first 30 days. No lock-in contracts.
Do scores predict prices?
No score can promise future prices. Our scores summarise the current evidence: momentum, demand, supply and risk factors. The methodology page publishes how each metric is weighted and how past scores have tracked outcomes.
Is there a plan for teams larger than three?
Yes. Additional Agents seats are $19 per month each, and larger firms can contact us for volume pricing.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts with an email address. If you do nothing, you drop back to Free at the end of it.
